Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy for Events

Cancellation by Attendee
  • Refunds are available for cancellations made by 31st January 2025.
  • A 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
Ticket Transfers
  • You may transfer your ticket to another individual by 7th March 2025. Please contact us to complete the transfer.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
  • If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Speaker and Session Updates
  • In case of speaker unavailability, replacements or rescheduled sessions will be arranged.
  • Topic adjustments, if any, will be communicated promptly.
How to Request a Refund
  • Send an email to info@elearningtrendz.com with your ticket details and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
